Role Description

The Franchise Sales Manager will oversee franchise development initiatives to drive business growth in Hyderabad. Core responsibilities include identifying and pursuing franchise leads, developing and implementing franchise business plans, building strong relationships with potential franchisees, and supporting them through the onboarding process. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad, requiring strategic leadership to meet expansion goals and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven skills and experience in Franchise Sales and Franchising
• Strong Business Planning expertise to design and execute growth strategies
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and developing pipelines for potential franchise opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills for building relationships with potential and existing franchisees
• Goal-oriented mindset with expertise in negotiation and sales management
• Ability to analyze and assess market trends and perform competitive research
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field, with experience in franchise development or sales preferred
• Proactive approach to achieving targets, coupled with strong organizational and time management skills
