Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketer located in Gurugram. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for creating, managing, and evaluating marketing campaigns to enhance the company's online presence. Daily tasks include analyzing marketing data, developing strategies to increase traffic and conversion rates, executing digital marketing initiatives, and optimizing paid campaigns across various platforms. The role requires continuous monitoring of campaign performance and adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

• Experience in Digital Marketing and executing paid campaigns on Google & Meta Ads and social media
• Strong Analytical skills for data analysis and performance measurement
• Skills in SEO, SEM, and content strategy
• Proficiency in using marketing tools such as Google Analytics and other similar platforms
• Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
