Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Franchise Sales Manager. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for spearheading franchise sales, managing lead generation efforts, and developing effective business plans to drive franchise growth. The role involves maintaining strong communication and relationships with potential and existing franchisees, identifying growth opportunities, and executing strategies to expand EcoFone’s franchise network.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Franchise Sales and a strong understanding of the franchising business model
• Experience in Business Planning and Lead Generation to drive growth
• Excellent Communication skills to build and maintain relationships with franchisees
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Knowledge of the technology, retail, or sustainable industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
