Salary Range: 35L to 40L Per Annum


Role Overview


Career Bana Le is seeking a highly accomplished senior business leader to take full ownership of the organization’s P&L mandate. This role is responsible for driving commercial performance, operational excellence, business expansion, franchise network productivity, and sustainable profitability across India. The incumbent will establish strategic direction, strengthen financial governance, and ensure consistent revenue growth aligned with organizational ambitions.


Key Responsibilities


P&L Ownership & Commercial Strategy

● Lead end-to-end P&L accountability, including revenue generation, cost control, profitability, and EBITDA performance.

● Develop strategic financial plans, forecasting models, pricing structures, and unit-economics frameworks.

● Design and implement performance KPIs, business dashboards, and data-driven reporting systems to monitor financial health.


Business Growth & Franchise Expansion

● Architect and scale a multi-city franchise network with aggressive growth milestones.

● Evaluate and launch new geographical markets across Tier-1/2/3 locations, driving footprint expansion.

● Identify and develop additional revenue streams and high-margin business opportunities.

● Enable franchise profitability through structured support, training, governance, and performance reviews.


Operations & Delivery

● Standardize operational processes, franchise SOPs, compliance protocols, and quality frameworks.

● Strengthen execution efficiency, productivity, and customer experience excellence across all centers.

● Oversee partner lifecycle management including onboarding, performance evaluation, and escalation handling.


Leadership & Stakeholder Management

● Build a high-accountability performance culture across business, sales, operations, and support teams.

● Collaborate closely with finance, marketing, technology, and talent leadership.

● Provide strategic direction for quarterly and annual business plans.


Experience

● 12–18 years of leadership experience managing P&L for a fast-scaling, multi-unit or franchise-based business.

● Proven success in revenue ownership and business expansion.

● Preferably from study-abroad, education services, skilling, test prep, BFSI distribution, retail, telecom or franchising industries.


Core Competencies

● Strong commercial acumen and financial management expertise.

● High-impact leadership with strong negotiation and stakeholder influencing capability.

● Analytical, execution-driven, and adept at scaling operations in high-growth environments.

● Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and resilience.


Education

● MBA in Business, Strategy, Sales/Marketing, or Finance from a reputed institute (preferred).
