FP&A Manager – India

Location:

India (Bengaluru)

Experience:

7+ years in FP&A / Financial Reporting | 3+ years in People Management

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced

FP&A Manager

to lead our India-based FP&A team. This role plays a pivotal part in driving financial excellence, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across the business.As an FP&A Manager, you’ll guide and empower a talented team, oversee key financial processes, and ensure high-quality reporting and analysis. You’ll also manage tools for budgeting, forecasting, and time tracking—helping us maintain precision and performance at every level.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Process Improvement

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of FP&A Analysts.
Oversee reporting schedules and ensure deliverables are met on time.
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve financial processes.

Financial Planning & Analysis

Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process, including Board and executive presentations.
Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports for leadership and department heads.
Track and analyze expenses for ongoing projects.
Support ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives across Revantage, Blackstone, and portfolio companies.

Time Tracking & Anaplan Management

Oversee time-tracking processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance during month-end close.
Manage the Anaplan support inbox and assist users with time-tracking queries.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a hands-on financial leader with a passion for data, process excellence, and team development.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 7 years of experience in FP&A or Financial Reporting
At least 3 years of people management experience
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-driven

Preferred Skills

Experience with Anaplan, Smartview/Essbase, Alteryx, Workday, and/or Power BI
