About The Role

We are seeking an experienced

FP&A Manager

to lead our India-based FP&A team. This role plays a pivotal part in driving financial excellence, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across the business.As an FP&A Manager, you’ll guide and empower a talented team, oversee key financial processes, and ensure high-quality reporting and analysis. You’ll also manage tools for budgeting, forecasting, and time tracking—helping us maintain precision and performance at every level.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Process Improvement

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of FP&A Analysts.
  • Oversee reporting schedules and ensure deliverables are met on time.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve financial processes.

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process, including Board and executive presentations.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports for leadership and department heads.
  • Track and analyze expenses for ongoing projects.
  • Support ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives across Revantage, Blackstone, and portfolio companies.

Time Tracking & Anaplan Management

  • Oversee time-tracking processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance during month-end close.
  • Manage the Anaplan support inbox and assist users with time-tracking queries.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a hands-on financial leader with a passion for data, process excellence, and team development.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in FP&A or Financial Reporting
  • At least 3 years of people management experience
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-driven

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Anaplan, Smartview/Essbase, Alteryx, Workday, and/or Power BI
