FP&A Lead

to drive strategic financial planning, analysis, and decision support across the organization. This role will be pivotal in building financial models, managing fundraising and due diligence processes, and ensuring strong financial governance while collaborating closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Financial Modeling & Analysis:

  • Develop and maintain dynamic financial models, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet projections.
  • Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to support strategic decision-making, budgeting, and forecasting.

Debt Financing:

  • Support debt-raising initiatives by preparing lender-ready financial models, projections, and compliance documentation.
  • Liaise with financial institutions to ensure smooth closure of financing arrangements.

Fundraising Support:

  • Partner with management during equity fundraising rounds, managing investor documentation and compliance.
  • Coordinate with legal and financial advisors to ensure efficient transaction execution.

Due Diligence Management:

  • Lead financial due diligence processes as the client representative with external auditors (including Big 4 firms).
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of all financial data and responses.

Finance Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of analytical rigor and process improvement.
  • Oversee the enhancement of reporting, MIS, and working capital management systems.

Unit Economics & Strategy:

  • Develop and track unit economics to provide actionable insights on pricing, profitability, and growth strategies.
  • Partner with business leaders to align financial outcomes with organizational goals.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

  • Create rolling forecasts and annual budgets, monitor variances, and present actionable insights to leadership.
  • Drive accountability across teams through data-driven performance tracking.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, product) and external stakeholders (banks, investors, advisors) to ensure alignment on financial priorities.

Compliance & Governance:

  • Maintain adherence to statutory compliance, investor reporting standards, and internal control frameworks.
  • Establish and update SOPs, SHA, and SSA documentation as needed.
