Role Overview We are seeking an experienced FP&A professional to drive financial planning, analysis, business partnering, and reporting activities. This role involves preparing budgets, forecasts, profitability models, and providing actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making. The candidate should have strong analytical abilities, leadership skills, and expertise in financial modelling and business performance evaluation. Financial Planning & Forecasting Lead end-to-end financial planning processes including Annual Budgets, Long Range Plans, Quarterly Forecasts, and Monthly Rolling Forecasts. Perform budget vs. actual variance analysis, trend analysis, cost management, and recommend corrective actions to business leaders. Develop and review business simulations, product profitability, and scenario modelling. Work closely with senior leadership, and business heads to evaluate financial performance of various loan and payment products. Prepare P&L statements at company, branch, location, and product levels. Conduct profitability analysis for new partnerships, fintech collaborations, and business initiatives. Perform peer analysis and provide insights/commentaries on industry performance. Performance Tracking & Reporting Track and analyze key business KPIs, risk metrics (vintage curve, lifetime loss, collection KPIs), and financial ratios. Lead monthly P&L reviews with internal stakeholders and external partners. Collaborate with leadership to prepare Board and Investor presentations. Qualifications & Skills Education:MBA/CA in Finance Desired Profile 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial planning, and reporting roles. Proven expertise in preparing budgets, forecasts, business partnering, and cost optimization. Strong understanding of credit cost, ECL, lifetime loss, vintage curve, and collection metrics. Ability to collaborate with CXO-level stakeholders and provide strategic financial insights.
