Job Description

Primary Title: Chief of Staff — Founder's Office
Location: India — On-site. Role sits in the Founder's Office and partners directly with the executive team to translate strategy into execution.Role & Responsibilities

Partner with founders to define and operationalize strategic priorities: translate vision into measurable OKRs, roadmaps, and quarterly plans.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Finance to remove blockers and ensure milestone delivery.
Prepare high-quality investor and board materials, financial models, progress reports, and executive briefings for fundraising and governance.
Run operational rhythms—weekly leadership reviews, agenda setting, follow-up tracking, and issue escalation—to keep programmes on schedule.
Own founder-directed special projects (market research, pilot launches, strategic partnerships, GTM experiments) end-to-end.
Design and implement repeatable processes, playbooks, and decision frameworks to scale operations and accelerate hiring/prioritization.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

4+ years experience in startup operations, management consulting, strategy, product, or program management at early-stage / VC-backed companies.
Strong analytical skills: Excel/financial modelling, data synthesis, and the ability to produce concise executive summaries from complex inputs.
Proven track record driving cross-functional programs end-to-end, managing stakeholders and delivering to tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication; experience preparing investor decks, board packs, and senior-level presentations.

Preferred

Experience in AI/ML or SaaS product environments or prior Chief of Staff / Founder’s Office position at an early-stage firm.
Familiarity with product roadmaps, technical teams, and go-to-market motions for enterprise software.
