Role Overview

This is a high-stakes, high-impact role at the very core of Medhavi’s leadership, positioned within the Founder’s Office as a trusted extension of the Founder & Chancellor. The Executive Associate operates at the nexus of strategy, governance, and execution, entrusted with managing both the strategic portfolio of the Founder and the seamless functioning of their office.


This is not a conventional support role. It is a strategic leadership position that demands intellectual agility, enterprise-wide perspective, and flawless execution at medhavi group institutions where legacy meets vision. The individual will shape how the Founder’s time, voice, and priorities are deployed to drive systemic change in India’s education and skilling ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the

    primary architect of the Founder’s operating rhythm

    : curating calendars with strategic intent, orchestrating domestic and international travel, and safeguarding bandwidth for high-leverage decisions.
  • Own end-to-end coordination of

    mission-critical meetings

    , from board-level strategy sessions to confidential external engagements, ensuring pre-reads, decision logs, and action tracking are executed with boardroom-grade precision.
  • Draft, edit, and manage

    sensitive communications

    , including letters to government officials, investor updates, public statements, and internal leadership memos, on behalf of the Founder’s Office.
  • Maintain

    absolute confidentiality

    and exercise sound judgment in handling matters of institutional, legal, or reputational sensitivity.
  • Lead or co-own high-priority initiatives

    directly mandated by the Founder, ranging from new vertical launches and policy advocacy to ecosystem partnerships and organizational redesign.
  • Act as the

    connective intelligence

    across CXOs, academic leadership, government stakeholders, and external advisors to ensure cross-functional alignment and rapid execution.
  • Develop

    founder-ready strategic materials

    : investment theses, impact dashboards, leadership presentations, and decision memos that inform direction at the highest level.
  • Partner with Strategy, Communications, and Government Affairs teams to produce

    institutional-grade reports, proposals, and thought leadership

    aligned with the Founder’s long-term vision.
  • Serve as a

    trusted external and internal interface

    for the Founder’s Office, engaging ministers, industry captains, global partners, and senior team members with poise, polish, and purpose.
  • Manage

    high-profile visits, roundtables, and institutional milestones

    , ensuring flawless execution and brand consistency.
  • Uphold a

    singular, authoritative voice

    for the Founder across all channels, ensuring clarity, coherence, and strategic resonance in every word and interaction.


Qualifications

  • 2–4 years

    of experience in a

    high-velocity Founder’s Office or executive strategy function

    , ideally within large Indian conglomerates, high-impact nonprofits, or scaling startups with national ambitions.
  • Proven track record of

    managing complexity at the founder or CXO level

    , balancing discretion, speed, and strategic depth.
  • Exceptional

    written and verbal communication skills

    , able to distill ambiguity into actionable insight for diverse audiences.
  • Mastery of

    digital workflows and collaboration tools

    : Google Workspace, Notion, Asana/Trello, Slack, and CRM systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree required

    in Business, Economics, Public Policy, or related field;
  • Unwavering

    integrity, emotional intelligence, and institutional loyalty

    , with the maturity to operate in ambiguity and pressure.
