Location: Faridabad

Working Days: Monday- Saturday

Work Timings: 10am -7pm

Experience: 2-4 years

Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Founders' Office located in New Delhi. This person will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and providing administrative support to the founders. We need someone who can schedule meetings, host weekly and monthly reviews, handle correspondence with customers and vendors and prepare reports and presentations. The role involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and follow-up on various tasks and projects. This role can encompass a wide variety of responsibilities. You will have an in-depth involvement in the company's strategic initiatives and execution.

As a part of the Founders' Office, you will:
Help in augmenting the brand image of the company through initiatives such as corporate reach-outs, organizing events, and -improving our current workflow.

Assist in the execution of strategic projects and initiatives.

Strategize growth and expansion opportunities for the company, including those in related fields such as Accessories, Automotive Detailing, Pre-Owned Automobile Market and the Luxury Car Market.

Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.

Collaborate with different departments to ensure alignment with company goals.

Qualifications
Passion about working in the Automotive Field Bachelor's Degree required Master's Degree in Business Administration or Management or a related field is a plus

Experience in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management tools including Canva, basic photo and video editing, and Al tools Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Discretion and confidentiality Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
