Function: Business Strategy - Operations

Type: Internship (3 months)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a sharp and proactive Founder’s Office Intern to support high-impact projects across analytics & process adherence. The ideal candidate is analytically inclined, execution-focused, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced, outcome-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze operational and performance data to derive actionable insights

Publish weekly/monthly dashboards for leadership visibility

Track CRM adherence metrics and drive hygiene across teams

Support the development and structuring of training content and SOPs

Conduct quality audits using AI-driven tools to ensure process compliance

What We’re Looking For:

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams

Exposure to CRM tools and/or dashboarding is a plus

Self-starter attitude with a strong bias for execution

Enthusiasm to learn, contribute, and grow with the team
