Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Founder’s Office in day-to-day operations and special projects
• Manage schedules, track deliverables, and ensure timely follow-ups
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare reports for decision-making
• Coordinate cross-functional tasks with product, business, and operations teams
• Draft presentations, proposals, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or final-year students (any discipline welcome)
• Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel, Docs, Slides) preferred
