Join us at Ripple Healthcare, where we’re reimagining elderly care and fall-prevention solutions through cutting-edge design and technology. ________________________________________ 💼 About the Role: As a User Researcher – Industrial Design Intern, you'll work at the intersection of design, research, and product innovation. Your mission will be to translate deep user insights into compelling design concepts and user-friendly experiences for our medical technology products. ________________________________________ 🔍 What You’ll Do: User Research & Analysis • Conduct user studies, market and competitive analysis • Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research • Synthesize findings into actionable insights and share them with design and product teams Design & Concept Development • Create visual design concepts through sketches, and CAD tools • Develop low- and high-fidelity prototypes for testing and validation • Apply a user-centred design process throughout the product lifecycle Collaboration & Execution • Work cross-functionally with engineers, clinicians, marketers, and manufacturing teams • Present research outcomes and design recommendations to stakeholders • Document research, design rationale, and technical specifications ________________________________________ 🧠 What You Bring: • Strong foundation in industrial design and design thinking • Hands-on experience with user research methods (interviews, usability tests, surveys) • Proficiency in sketching, CAD, and rendering tools • Analytical mindset with an ability to interpret data and user behaviour • Effective verbal and visual communication skills • Curiosity, empathy, and a problem-solving attitude ________________________________________ 🌟 Why Ripple Healthcare?
