Team Support: Provide guidance and support to junior designers, assisting in their professional development and ensuring their alignment with project goals. Design Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of design strategies, aligning them with overall business objectives and customer needs. Conceptualization: Engage in the conceptualization phase, generating ideas, sketches, and concepts for new products or improvements to existing ones. Prototyping and Testing: Oversee or participate in the creation of prototypes, mock-ups, and samples, and facilitate testing and iteration processes. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and manufacturing, to ensure design feasibility, functionality, and market fit. Research and Trends Analysis: Stay updated with market trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies in industrial design to integrate relevant innovations into product development. Quality Assurance: Review and evaluate designs for quality, functionality, and adherence to design principles, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
