About the Role

eStatus Official is looking for a proactive and organized individual to join us as a Founder’s Office Intern. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO and top management, gaining exposure to business operations, strategy, and decision-making in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Calendar Management:
Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel.
Communication:
Manage emails and calls, ensuring timely responses.
Meetings:
Organize agendas, prepare materials, and record minutes.
Documentation:
Maintain and organize files, reports, and presentations.
Operations Support:
Assist in day-to-day tasks and manage ad-hoc projects.
Liaison:
Act as a bridge between the CEO, clients, and internal/external teams.

Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business or related fields.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office.
Proactive and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
