Founder’s Office Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized Founder’s Office Intern to work directly with the Founder/CEO on strategic, operational, and high-priority projects. This role offers exceptional exposure to real business decision-making, cross-functional coordination, and leadership-level execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Projects

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and data gathering for decision-making
• Assist in preparing presentations, strategy decks, and business proposals
• Support evaluation of new ideas, partnerships, and initiatives

2. Operations & Execution

• Track progress of key company projects and ensure timely follow-ups
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Marketing, HR, and Finance teams
• Maintain dashboards, review reports, and highlight urgent action points

3. Founder Support

• Draft emails, briefing notes, and important communication
• Organize meetings, take MOMs, and ensure task closures
• Manage schedules, reminders, and workflow for the Founder

4. Special Assignments

• Contribute to product launches, events, and process improvement projects
• Handle confidential and sensitive tasks requiring accuracy and trust
• Provide end-to-end execution support on priority initiatives

Key Skills Required

• Excellent communication (written & verbal)
• Strong research and analytical abilities
• Good command over MS Office / Google Workspace
• High ownership, discipline, and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Problem-solving mindset with strong follow-through

Eligibility

• Students pursuing UG/PG or Freshers
• Degrees preferred: Business, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, Management, or similar
• Strong interest in business operations, strategy, and execution
