As a Founder’s Office Intern , you will work directly with the founders and get exposure across operations, customer success, Shopify, marketplaces, events, product workflows, and day-to-day decision-making . You will get a front-row seat to how a D2C startup is built — and you’ll be expected to contribute like an early team member. If you’ve ever wanted to run your own startup , this internship will give you the closest real-world experience. Responsibilities End-to-end operations handling — vendors, logistics, inventory coordination Support customer success — queries, escalations, NPS, feedback loops Day-to-day management of Shopify backend Manage listings, uploads, and performance on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) Assist in events, exhibitions, and pop-ups Support cross-functional tasks with product, design, and marketing Execute founder-led special projects Bring new ideas to improve speed, efficiency, and customer delight Who You Are Hungry to learn and take ownership Fast, adaptable, and solution-oriented Interested in startups, e-commerce, operations, or D2C Comfortable handling multiple tasks at once Strong communication and execution skills What You’ll Get Direct mentorship from the founders Real exposure to how a brand scales Experience across multiple departments High ownership, high pace learning A chance to prove yourself for a future full-time role
