Role Description We’re looking for a smart, agile and driven individual to work directly with the Founder’s Office to help scale client relationships, streamline internal team processes, and manage cross-functional coordination. This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants exposure to how a high-growth company is built from the inside. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Relationship Management Serve as a point of contact for key client accounts alongside the Founder Ensure timely follow-ups, execution of client deliverables, and high service quality Maintain CRM trackers, flag risk/opportunity accounts, and coordinate client reporting cycles 2. Internal Team Processisation Map and streamline recurring internal processes across revenue, strategy, ops, and finance Build and maintain documentation, SOPs, and internal dashboards Track performance metrics, deadlines, and dependencies across teams 3. Cross-functional Coordination Organize and drive internal meetings, reviews, and stand-ups Ensure action items are tracked and followed up until closure Serve as the glue between teams to ensure seamless communication and execution 4. Founder Support Assist the Founder with strategic projects, client decks, and research when needed Prepare meeting notes, priority lists, and status updates Keep the Founder looped in and unblocked across critical workstreams What We're Looking For: 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, program management, operations, or consulting Excellent communication and organizational skills High attention to detail and a proactive approach Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Excel, and project trackers Prior experience in an early-stage startup or fast-paced environment is a bonus Why Join Us?
