Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Founder’s Office. This is a strategic role offering exposure to core business functions, leadership decision making, and high-impact initiatives. You will work closely with the Founder on planning, communication, and operations
Requirements
- Financial Planning & Reporting Prepare, analyze, and present Monthly MIS and Cash Flow reports. Provide actionable insights to support senior management decision-making. 2. Digital Transformation Identify, implement, and monitor financial automation tools and bots. Collaborate with technology teams to resolve automation and technical challenges faced by employees. 3. Business Development Drive growth initiatives across KGS, Capitall.io, and Womennovator. Represent the organization in client meetings, investor presentations, and quality review discussions. 4. Client Engagement & Quality Review Visit clients to understand requirements and evaluate service delivery quality. Recommend automation-driven improvements and collect feedback for continuous enhancement. 5. Team & Resource Management Coordinate workflows across teams and departments to ensure smooth execution. Manage staff allocation as per project requirements. Highlight partner-level challenges and propose practical solutions to the management team. 6. Employee Engagement & Strategy Develop and implement strategies to boost employee involvement in automation initiatives. Facilitate cross-department collaboration and internal knowledge sharing. 7. Entrepreneurship & Innovation Lead the operational rollout of the Womennovator Startup (WE NEST). Pitch to investors, oversee daily operations, and scale the initiative end-to-end. 8. Founder’s Office Support Collaborate closely with the Founder to execute strategic priorities and track progress. Manage calendars, meeting schedules, and travel logistics. Draft internal and external communications including reports, presentations, and emails. Support community-building and stakeholder engagement efforts. Handle special projects with ownership and ensure timely execution. Maintain task lists, follow-ups, and documentation of key decisions. Manage and review the work of cross-functional working teams
