Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Food Production Continental DCDP / Commis II to join our team at IHCL Ekante Bliss, with 3-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage food production operations to ensure high-quality dishes are served.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain efficient service.
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in food production, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
