Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain accurate records of sales and stock.
  • Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in food and beverage supervision or hospitality management.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
