Food & Beverage Supervisor

As a Service Manager, your role involves overseeing the efficient operation of service staff and ensuring high standards of customer service. Your responsibilities will include: - Staff Management: Supervising, training, and scheduling service staff such as servers, bartenders, and support personnel. - Service Operations: Ensuring smooth service flow, managing seating arrangements, table turnover, and maintaining overall service quality. - Customer Service: Handling customer complaints, feedback, and upholding exceptional customer service standards. - Quality Control: Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the service area, and monitoring food and beverage service quality.
