Key Responsibilities: Guest Service: Greets guests, assists with seating, takes orders, makes recommendations, answers questions, and provides a welcoming and personalized experience. Order Taking and Service: Accurately takes orders, serves food and beverages, and ensures timely and efficient service delivery. Cleaning and Maintenance: Keeps the dining area clean and well-maintained, including clearing tables, ensuring hygiene standards, and assisting with other cleaning duties as needed. Sales and Upselling: May be responsible for promoting specials, recommending menu items, and assisting with upselling opportunities. Customer Satisfaction: Resolves guest complaints, ensures guest satisfaction, and contributes to a positive dining experience. Other Duties: May include assisting with inventory, setting up for events, and other duties as assigned by management.
