F&B Associate

As a Food and Beverage Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests by providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service in all food and beverage outlets. You are expected to uphold the hotel's standards of service, hygiene, and hospitality, ensuring guest satisfaction at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests courteously and present menus in a professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar in a timely fashion.
• Serve food and beverages according to established standards and procedures.
• Ensure tables are properly set and maintained before, during, and after service.
• Respond to guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and prompt resolution.
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols as per hotel and regulatory standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, dining spaces, and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Upsell food and beverage items to enhance guest experience and drive revenue.
• Participate in training sessions and team briefings as required.
• Need to take care of In-Room Dining as well.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
