F&B Associate

Job Summary

The Food & Beverage Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by efficiently taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests. The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and adherence to hygiene and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating
• Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage items
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar promptly
• Serve food and drinks in accordance with service standards
• Ensure tables and service areas are clean, well-organized, and properly set
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints politely and efficiently
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with billing, cash handling, and POS system operations
• Support setup and breakdown for events, banquets, or special functions
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in food & beverage service is an advantage (freshers may apply)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
