Job Description

Looking for a skilled Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage operations, with a strong background in supervising staff and managing daily operations.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Supervise and coordinate food and beverage staff activities to ensure efficient service.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to maintain adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Develop and implement effective menu planning and pricing strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills are required to motivate and manage staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is essential.
