Job Description

We are looking for a skilled FOOD & BEVERAGE Supervisor to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage operations, with a strong background in hospitality.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement changes to improve satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
