Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Food & Beverage Service Team Member to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and be able to provide excellent customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage food and beverage service operations to ensure high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to prepare and cook food items according to recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of food preparation areas, including refrigeration and storage facilities.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, such as proper food handling and temperature control.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or culinary arts preferred.
