Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food & Beverage Service OJT professional in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage food and beverage orders, handle cash transactions, and maintain a clean work environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and promote products.
Maintain high levels of knowledge about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Contribute to the overall success of the establishment by performing duties efficiently.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene practices.
Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms and stand for long periods.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
