Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Food & Beverage Manager to join our team, with 4-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement menus catering to diverse customer needs.
  • Supervise kitchen staff to maintain efficient food preparation and presentation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of ingredients and materials.
  • Maintain inventory levels and control waste to optimize resources.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing food and beverage operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of menu planning, food safety protocols, and inventory management.
  • Excellent leadership skills to motivate and train kitchen staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with customers and suppliers.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
