Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced FOOD & BEVERAGE Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including cocktails and mocktails.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on new menu items and promotions to enhance the dining experience.
Participate in inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation methods and ingredients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or culinary arts preferred.
