Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic FOOD & BEVERAGE Associates to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience and be able to provide excellent customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage food and beverage operations, including inventory management and stock control.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages to guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation methods and ingredients.
  • Strong attention to detail, with an emphasis on quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills.
