Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food & Beverage Associate at Hyatt Regency Ludhiana. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage food and beverage operations, including preparation and service.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Develop and maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of food safety protocols and procedures.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
