Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Associate to join our team at The LaLiT, located in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. Candidates with 0-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.



Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Contribute to inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.

Job Requirements
  • Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation methods and ingredients.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in work.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills.
