Job Description

Looking for a motivated FOOD & BEVERAGE Associate to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience and be able to provide excellent customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage food and beverage operations, including inventory management and stock control.
Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages to guests.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for interacting with guests and colleagues.
Knowledge of food and beverage preparation methods and ingredients is essential.
Strong attention to detail is needed to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
