Food and Beverage Manager

As the ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality food and beverage standards. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the overall food and beverage operations, including hiring, training, and supervising staff. - Develop and manage budgets, create menus, and ensure customer satisfaction. - Orient and train new staff members on their job duties and expectations. - Supervise the food and beverage staff to ensure adherence to standards and procedures. - Manage the food and beverage budget by estimating costs, negotiating with vendors, and implementing cost-saving measures. - Develop menus by creating and testing new recipes, determining prices, and monitoring costs. - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely service and preparing orders to specifications. - Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, internal and statutory audits. - Adhere to all norms related to HACCP and FSSAI. - Perform any other assignments given occasionally or daily by the superior Management. Qualifications: - Graduation in Hotel Management/Food & Beverage service. - Minimum of 10 years of experience with a 5-star reputed hotel chain. - Experience in leading and supervising F&B teams.,
