As a Machine (Tetra Pak) Operator in the Dairy Industry located in Bahjoi - 244410, Sambhal (U.P.), your role within the Production/Packaging department will involve operating Tetra Pak machinery to ensure efficient, hygienic, and high-quality production of milk and dairy products. You will be responsible for setting up, running, monitoring, and troubleshooting production/packaging lines. Your key responsibilities will include operating and monitoring Tetra Pak auto-mode processing machines, performing machine setup and routine adjustments, monitoring packaging quality, troubleshooting mechanical or process issues, maintaining accurate production records, performing daily cleaning and maintenance procedures, and adhering strictly to GMPs, HACCP, FSSAI standards, and plant safety protocols. Additionally, you will collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to meet daily output targets and suggest improvements for machine performance and waste reduction. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 2 years of experience operating Tetra Pak machinery in a dairy or beverage plant, strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, familiarity with food-grade safety, hygiene, and packaging standards, ability to read technical manuals and follow SOPs, basic computer skills, and physical fitness to work during 8-12 hour shifts. A technical diploma or vocational training in mechanical/production engineering is a plus. Please note that this role involves working in a fast-paced dairy processing environment with exposure to refrigeration areas, noise, and wet conditions.
