Job Description

Supervise daily F&B operations including bar, kitchen, and floor service. Ensure high-quality preparation and presentation of food and drinks. Plan and execute F&B menus, promotions, and themed nights to boost sales. Maintain stock levels and control inventory, wastage, and procurement. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and liquor licensing regulations. Train, schedule, and supervise bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff. Monitor guest feedback and take corrective actions to enhance customer satisfaction. Coordinate with DJs, event teams, and operations staff for smooth functioning during events. Prepare daily sales reports, cost analysis, and operational summaries. Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate pricing for food and beverage supplies. Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
