Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage and respond to corporate and bulk sales inquiries received at Head Office. Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead nurturing to convert prospects into sales. Coordinate with all store managers to track sales performance, campaigns, and requirements. Promote company services, vouchers, events, and packages to potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, schools, event managers, and partner networks. Assist in planning and executing sales campaigns, promotional strategies, and special offers. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review. Maintain and update CRM databases with accurate lead and sales information. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management. Support the marketing team with customer insights, feedback, and campaign suggestions. Represent the company during exhibitions, events, or corporate meetings (if required). Required Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality. Good presentation and negotiation skills. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong follow-up, planning, and documentation skills.
