Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Food and Beverage Associate to join our team at The St. Regis, with 0-4 years of experience.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to prepare and cook food items according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food and beverage area.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.

Job Requirements
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of food safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery.
