Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Food and Beverage Associate to join our team at Hilton. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage food and beverage operations, including inventory management and stock control.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in food and beverage services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Job Requirements
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
