Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Food and Beverage Associate to join our team at The Leela, with 0-4 years of experience. As a fresher or experienced professional in the hospitality industry, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our establishment.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage food and beverage operations, including inventory management and stock control.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and resolving complaints professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
Job Requirements
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and stock control.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
