Job Description

Role Overview: WNS (Holdings) Limited is seeking candidates with experience in various financial and procurement roles to join their team in delivering Business Process Management services. As part of the team, you will be responsible for tasks such as vendor setup, cash management, journal entries, reconciliation, procurement activities, and more. Additionally, candidates with banking experience in Compliance/AML roles are required for specific positions in the BFS sector in Chennai. Key Responsibilities: - Candidates with experience in AP / AR (Collections / Cash Apps, OTC, Order Management, Billing), Bank Recon, GL, FPNA, Financial Reporting, Customer Support, and Procurement are preferred - Perform tasks such as vendor setup/modification, OTC/cash management, journal entries, reconciliations, fixed assets management, statutory reporting, bank reconciliation, procurement activities like sales order/vendor management, RFX, sourcing, and purchase orders - In the BFS sector in Chennai, responsibilities include AML Transaction Monitoring, reviewing alerts, ensuring compliance with AML requirements, providing accurate MI, assisting with compliance projects, achieving performance KPIs, escalating cases, monitoring and mitigating risks, ensuring customer satisfaction - Required Candidate profile includes candidates with 3-10 years of banking experience in Compliance/AML roles, comprehensive knowledge of local AML Compliance requirements and international best practices Qualification Required: - Graduate / Post Graduate - Comfortable to work in rotational shift / US / UK / ANZ (Note: Any additional details of the company were not found in the provided job description),
