Job Summary

The Fleet Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising fleet operations, ensuring smooth coordination of drivers/delivery executives, vehicle tracking, maintenance schedules, and customer satisfaction. This role focuses on efficient fleet utilization, adherence to TAT (Turnaround Time), and managing field operations for business models similar to logistics, delivery, and transportation companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage fleet operations including drivers, delivery executives, and transport staff.
  • Handle fleet operations for business models such as Swiggy, Zomato, Flipkart, Amazon, Ola, Uber, Lobb, Blackbuck, or similar logistics and transportation setups.
  • Track vehicle movement: pickup status, delivery progress, and garage handovers.
  • Assign, schedule, and optimize vehicle/delivery routes to ensure timely operations.
  • Monitor fleet utilization, fuel consumption, and operating costs.
  • Maintain records of vehicle performance, repairs, and service schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with transport laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure quick resolution.
  • Maintain TAT (Turnaround Time) for deliveries, repairs, and escalations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service partners for maintenance, leasing, and procurement.
  • Prepare and analyze MIS reports (fleet cost, utilization, performance metrics).
  • Train, guide, and monitor fleet executives on safety and operational standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (mandatory).
  • 3–6 years of experience in fleet supervision, delivery operations, or logistics team management.
  • Experience handling large-scale delivery/driver operations (e.g., Swiggy, Zomato, Flipkart, Amazon, Ola, Uber, Lobb, Blackbuck preferred).
  • Strong communication skills:
    • Mumbai & Gurgaon → Fluent in English & Hindi.
  • Proficiency in Excel (must be good at VLOOKUP and reporting).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle escalations, work under pressure, and deliver within deadlines.
  • Familiarity with fleet tracking software/tools is an added advantage.
  • Valid driving license preferred.
