Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced Fleet Supervisors to oversee day-to-day fleet operations across multiple sites. The role requires strong coordination skills, adherence to safety and compliance standards, and the ability to manage drivers, vehicles, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily fleet activities, vehicle movements, and driver schedules.

• Ensure all vehicles comply with safety, maintenance, and regulatory standards.

• Monitor vehicle usage, fuel consumption, trip logs, and operational records.

• Coordinate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.

• Handle on-ground issues such as breakdowns, route changes, and emergencies.

• Conduct regular inspections and ensure preventive maintenance is carried out.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports and update management on fleet performance.

• Manage attendance, discipline, and performance of drivers/operators.

• Support seamless operations while managing fleets across assigned sites.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience as a Fleet Supervisor or in logistics operations.

• Strong knowledge of fleet management, routes, and compliance requirements.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle pressure in dynamic environments.

• Proficiency in handling reports, documentation, and basic MS tools.
