Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Fleet Supervisor. The Fleet Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily fleet operations, managing fleet maintenance, and ensuring efficient and smooth functioning of fleet services. Key tasks include supervising fleet staff, coordinating vehicle dispatch, monitoring vehicle performance, handling communication between drivers and management, and maintaining records of fleet activities. The role requires a hands-on approach to resolving operational issues and ensuring high service standards are met.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory skills and experience in fleet operations
• Proficiency in fleet management and maintenance practices
• Effective communication skills to coordinate between drivers and management
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Relevant experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
