Managing Operations

Team Leadership
: Leading a team of travel agents, coordinators, and support staff who help plan, book, and manage FIT trips.
Customer Experience
: Ensuring travelers have a seamless and personalized experience, from initial booking to post-trip follow-up.
Market Knowledge
: Staying updated on trends and new offerings in the travel industry, especially those relevant to independent travelers, like emerging destinations and unique experiences.
Profitability
: Managing budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations, and finding ways to improve profitability without compromising service quality.
Problem Resolution
: Handling any issues that arise during a travelers journey and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
