Job Summary:

Head Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end
Telemarketing and Telesales operations
across multiple teams.

Design and implement
sales processes, call quality frameworks
, and performance improvement plans.
Ensure
daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
are achieved across all calling teams.
Lead, coach, and motivate team leaders and agents to maintain productivity and morale.
Collaborate with management and marketing teams for
campaign planning, lead allocation, and conversion optimization.
Monitor KPIs and create regular
MIS & performance reports
for management review.
Implement
strategies for cost control, efficiency, and operational excellence.
Maintain
customer experience quality
and ensure compliance with company policies.
Coordinate training & development sessions for sales effectiveness.
Drive innovation in tele calling scripts, customer handling, and CRM utilization.

Key Requirements:

8–12 years
of experience in
BPO Operations / Telemarketing / Tele sales Management
, preferably in the
Real Estate
domain.
Strong experience in
handling large teams (100+ callers)
and multiple team leads.
Excellent knowledge of
sales funnels, lead management, and performance analytics.
Proven record in
achieving sales targets and improving operational KPIs.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in
Excel / MIS reporting / CRM tools.
