Operations Head For OCL Greentech Pvt. Ltd

Role Overview:-

The Operations Head will be responsible for establishing, leading, and managing the complete operations of OCL Greentechs new manufacturing facility. The role involves setting up production lines for EV Charging Guns, Wire Harnesses, and Cable Assemblies, ensuring robust systems and processes that meet automotive OEM quality, safety, and delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Lead end-to-end plant setup and commissioning, including layout finalization, equipment installation, utilities, and manpower planning.
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes, SOPs, and quality systems aligned with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 and OEM requirements.
• Oversee production operations, ensuring adherence to quality, productivity, and delivery timelines.
• Drive implementation of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen practices across the facility.
• Coordinate with Design, QA, Supply Chain, and Maintenance for smooth operations.
• Thrive for zero-defect manufacturing across EV Charging Guns, Wire Harnesses, and Cable Assemblies through robust process control and continuous improvement.
• Build and lead a technical and operational team for daily production management.
• Support new product industrialization and trials in collaboration with Sales team.
• Establish robust traceability, testing, and validation systems for all assemblies.
• Maintain compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental norms.

Qualifications & Experience:-

• B.E./B. Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering.
• 12–20 years of experience in automotive / EV component / wire harness / electromechanical assembly manufacturing.
• Proven experience in greenfield plant setup and operations management will be added advantage.
• Sound knowledge of process design, lean systems, and OEM audit requirements.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and cross-functional coordination skills.
