Job Description 1. Plant Operations & Strategic Oversight Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and logistics. Participate in the development and execution of production-related policies and strategic plans. Prepare and manage the plant budget, including forecasting, cost control, and investment planning. Develop and present investment proposals for executive team approval. 2. Production Planning & Management Manage the full production cycle across all Value Streams, including prototypes, serial production, and spare parts. Monitor daily production output against planned targets to ensure timely delivery. Allocate and adjust manpower based on the production plan, customer demands, and company priorities. Ensure staffing levels meet operational needs with a focus on financial efficiency and quality. 3. Performance Monitoring & KPI Management Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery, quality, and productivity. Implement corrective actions and improvement plans when KPIs are not met. Identify opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvement, and operational efficiency. 4. Continuous Improvement & Lean Initiatives Lead initiatives to eliminate waste, implement 5S, and drive continuous improvement in production. Develop manufacturing processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize quality, productivity, and cost structures. Monitor and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs). 5. Team Leadership & Development Lead, train, and develop production staff with a focus on Lean manufacturing principles, cross-functional skill building, and workplace safety. Cultivate a culture of responsibility, accountability, and continuous performance improvement. Special powers/authorization Operational Control & Flexibility Stop the production process in case of product and/or process non-conformities to ensure quality and compliance. Propose and implement overtime and workforce reallocation between projects to address production needs and ensure continuity. Actively participate in internal committees and cross-functional working groups to support company-wide initiatives, share best practices, and align departmental goals with broader organizational objectives. ROLE The key role of the Sr. Engineer IQC Electronics is to manage the supplier performance and ensure quality parts received and used in manufacturing. II. RESPOSNSIBIITY Conduct supplier assessment and process audits on a periodic basis as per annual plan. Prepare / update Inspection plan for new / existing parts as per requirement. Implement the IQC procedure and train the employees to learn. Ensure all electronics raw material are sourced through approved source or authorized distributor. Ensure all raw material Design & Quality requirements are being fulfilled by supplier. Conduct Exicom design parts like Transformer / Inductor supplier visit for process audit and testing requirement are being fulfilled. Daily raw material pending parts for inspection and align team for meeting 48 Hrs TAT. Rejected Raw material must have proper RCA from supplier for ensuring no repeated failure. Attend the material problem on production floor once informed immediately. Support manufacturing for any raw material defect observed and its rectification along with MMD & Supplier. Detailed RCA for line rejection raw material must be analyzed and sought RCA / 8D report from respective supplier. Prepare MIS (Supplier score card, IQC performance report etc.) and present in QRM. Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Technician/Senior Technician to join our Systems Engineering team. The role involves hands-on work in the assembly and integration of telecom power systems , including cable harnessing, rack assembly, electrical switchgear assembly , and various electromechanical tasks . The ideal candidate should be proficient in using tools such as crimping tools, soldering irons, wire cutters, heat guns , and other standard assembly equipment. Key Responsibilities: Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of telecom power systems according to engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions. Assemble and install racks, panels, electrical switchgear , and related components. Carry out cable preparation tasks such as cutting, stripping, crimping, sleeving, soldering, and heat shrinking . Use hand tools, power tools , Crimping tools, Digital Multi-meters, and specialized equipment safely and effectively. Follow detailed assembly procedures and adhere to quality and safety standards . Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to resolve technical issues during builds. Assist in prototype development and product testing when required. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Document assembly processes and update records as necessary. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to production efficiency and product quality. Required Skills and Qualifications: Diploma /ITI or certification in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or relevant field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in electrical/mechanical assembly in a telecom, power systems, or industrial environment. Skilled in using crimping tools, soldering equipment, cable preparation tools , and related hardware. Ability to read and interpret engineering schematics, Engineering wiring diagrams , Mechanical 2D drawings and assembly drawings. Strong understanding of electrical safety procedures and ESD practices . Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Detail-oriented with a high level of manual dexterity and precision. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a telecom or power plant infrastructure environment. Familiarity with AC/DC power systems , rectifiers , Solar Charge Controllers & battery backup units, and control circuits. IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification for cable and wire harness assemblies (optional but a plus). Work Environment & Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand, bend, and work with hands for extended periods. Ability to lift to 25 kg safely. Work may involve occasional travel to client sites for installation support.

Improve day-to-day activities to meet departmental KPIs.
